My thoughts on Colonel Sanders / Bass Pro navigation became reality today. Surprised myself a bit by navigating Amsterdam (the world's most confusing city?) by memory, using visual cues, without a map. Started at Centraal Station, walked out to Rijksmuseum, then back to train station by a different quieter route mainly along the Kaizergracht. Very strange to actually know where we were (mostly).
We sat in the gardens at the Rijksmuseum and enjoyed the sun, decided not go inside. Very crowded, and it was too nice a day to go inside and do the museum shuffle.
